Creatiovs Callvu
Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform; its Bank.AI line gives banks and credit unions customer 360, onboarding, case management and AI agents for banking tasks. Callvu is the Completion and Compliance Layer: it runs the regulated process end to end, from the member's request on any channel through documents and decisions to the write-back to the core and the LOS, with every regulation and bank policy enforced on every step by a deterministic orchestrator. Creatio is the CRM; Callvu runs the regulated work behind it.

What Creatio is built for.Sourced from their own pages.
Creatio describes itself as an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together [1]. Its banking line, Bank.AI, covers customer 360, onboarding, application intake, case management, servicing and dispute agents, document processing, and KYC and AML modules for banks and credit unions [3], and in September 2026 Creatio committed 300 million dollars to it through 2028 [2]. Case management routes cases to the right team with SLA tracking and coordinates front- and back-office tasks on one case [6]; the Application Intake Agent collects applications across channels and flags missing documents [7]; the Document Processing Agent reads documents and checks fields against core systems [8]. AI Studio builds AI agents with guardrail policies applied during each run, such as masking, approval holds and blocks, and an audit log [4][5]. Creatio runs in the cloud or self-hosted [10], and Avidia Bank went live in six months with an implementation partner, including API integrations with its commercial lending platform and core banking system [9].
When to choose which

When to choose Creatio
When to choose Callvu
Choose Callvu when the regulated process must run end to end into the core and the LOS, not only the CRM. Callvu orchestrates the work, routes it by work type, skill and due date, applies rules and policies and manages every decision, with five moves: it prefills from the core, classifies each request the moment it lands, chases and verifies documents from members and third parties on a clock, routes decisions to the Decision Desk, and writes the result back to the core and the LOS by API.
Guardrails are not runtime enforcement. Creatio applies guardrail policies to its AI agents while they run [5], and its workflow agents that mix fixed logic with AI steps are marked coming soon [4]. Even with guardrails, an AI that runs a step can write wrong data to the system of record, take a path that is not in the workflow, or act compliantly most of the time rather than every time. Callvu does not let AI run the process. A deterministic orchestrator executes every step of a defined workflow and enforces every regulation and bank policy before the step runs; AI only starts a process or evaluates it. Every run is recorded in a Decision Trace and an Audit Trace.
Choose Callvu, too, when time and services cost matter. Avidia Bank's Creatio program took six months from kickoff to go-live with a partner [9]. Callvu's license includes white-glove design, implementation, maintenance and optimization for as long as it runs, with no separate services project, and Callvu goes live in a few weeks: PSEG Long Island went live in 4 weeks, and Phoenix Insurance integrated all core systems in 4 weeks.
Side by side
The verifiable facts.Nothing else.
Every cell about Creatio is sourced from its own public pages. Runtime enforcement and the handoff lead the table because they are where the two differ most.
| Capability | Creatio | |
|---|---|---|
| Primary role | Completion and Compliance Layer between every front door and the system of record | AI CRM and workflow platform, with Bank.AI for banks and credit unions [1] |
| Runtime compliance enforcement | Yes. A deterministic orchestrator runs every step; AI never runs the process. Every regulation and bank policy is enforced on every step while the work runs, whether a person or an AI started it; a step that fails a control does not run. A Decision Trace and an Audit Trace for every run | Partial. AI Studio applies guardrail policies to AI agents during their runs, such as masking, approval holds and blocks, and workflow rules are configured per process; the AI agents still decide how to handle each request, and no policy layer enforces every regulation on every step [5] |
| Front-to-back-office handoff | Yes, end to end: prefill from the core, classify the work, chase and verify documents from members and third parties on a clock, route decisions to the Decision Desk and write back to the core and the LOS | Partial. Case management coordinates front- and back-office tasks on one case, and the Document Processing Agent checks fields against core systems; core and lending-platform integrations are built in each implementation. Not documented: write-back of the completed work to the core and the LOS with every policy enforced before the step runs [6] |
| Orchestration, routing, rules and decisioning | Yes: workflow orchestration, routing by work type, skill and due date, rules and policies, and human decisions in the Decision Desk | Yes: case routing with SLA tracking and guided workflows [6] |
| AI guardrails vs deterministic execution | Deterministic execution, not guardrails: AI never runs the process. A deterministic orchestrator executes every step and enforces every control before it runs, so nothing unchecked reaches the system of record and no step outside the workflow can happen | AI Studio agents run under guardrail policies applied during each run, such as masking, approval holds and blocks, with an audit log [5] |
| Documents | Requests each missing item from the right party on a clock, reads it on arrival and checks it against what the case needs | Document Processing Agent reads documents and checks fields against core systems; intake flags missing documents [8] |
| Deployment and professional services | White-glove design, implementation, maintenance and optimization included in the license, for as long as it runs; no separate services project. Live in a few weeks: PSEG Long Island went live in 4 weeks, and Phoenix Insurance integrated all core systems in 4 weeks | Cloud or self-hosted; delivered with partners, for example six months from kickoff to go-live at Avidia Bank with Technology Advisors [9] |
Using both together
Keep what works.Add the layer that finishes it.
Creatio can stay the CRM and case system. A Creatio case, an onboarding request or an AI agent handoff starts a Callvu process; Callvu chases and verifies documents, sends decisions to the Decision Desk, writes back to the core and the LOS and returns the result and the Audit Trace to Creatio by API. Callvu can also run the whole process on its own.
